2/3/09 Snoop, 50 Cent & Lupe Headline Music Festivals

Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Lupe Fiasco and the Clipse are just some of the hip hop artists that will be headlining upcoming music festivals. Snoop will join the Beastie Boys and Erykah Badu at this years 4-day Bonaroo Festivall in Manchester, TN on June 11th to the 14th.

Lupe Fiasco, the Clipse and Public Enemy will grace the 10th annual Coachella Valley Music Festival in Indio, CA for a 3-day event that will also see tabloid headliner Amy Winehouse and recovering duo TRV$DJAM (consisting of Travis Barker and DJ AM). Check them all out on April 17th to the 19th.

50 Cent will headline the traditionally rock centered Bamboozle Left Fest on April 4th and 5th in Irvine, CA. The events organizer says “We reached out to 50’s agent with this crazy idea, [and] she was so supportive that we knew it was worth the motion."

In related news, tickets for this years independent hip hop festival Paid Dues. Artists performing this year in San Bernadino, CA include Tech N9ne, B-Real, Cage and Brother Ali. Congrats go out to Erykah Badu who gave birth to a baby girl last week. The father is rapper slash boyfriend, Jay Electronica.
