Purpose in your life?

good point but i think my lkfes "meaning or purpes" is 1 witch i chuse with me its i don't want a short relation i want to bee able to help other ppl in my way and still have time for my family and hopfully i've found a real girrlfriend and not just a schoul love. but my opinion is ur purpose is what u make ur purpose makes it difficult tho

Sometimes I can see my purpose in life, but sometimes it disinegrates like ice in heat.....I mean, I know I'm part of the youth of tomorrow and that we're going to have to keep everything straight for the generations to come. I know that I'm here to reproduce and all that, that's another reason but it's not the main reason. I mean, we've got to keep this place reasonable, for everyone, for our respect, and for our children. Do you really want your children to grow up in a world that's growing worse and worse? I mean, I know my purpose is to protect others, I know I'm going to be a cop in the Military. And yes I did say cop!!!!!!! But, that's about all I've discovered about the purpose of my path.....the question isn't really whether you know your path, but which path are you going to take? The One Most Used or The One Less Traveled???

^I can relate to what u say about having to keep everything straight for the next generations - I'm not religious, I'm a nihilist, I don't believe there's an ultimate truth or meaning to anything including life besides maybe doing my best not to ruin the planet so that the next generations have a place to live as well. I just try to live my life, make my choices to the best of my ability and learn to live with the good and the bad consequences, and I don't think that any knowledge of what my purpose in life would be would make life any easier cause what if I don't fulfil that purpose? So honestly I'd rather not know, I just hope that when I get old I'll be able to look back on life and say that I've lived it to my fullest potential.
