both are extreme forms of gouverment and extremisme doesn't work.
in fact most democracties nowadays are capitalistic with strong socialistic corrections.

of cource we should adopt socialism, why not? capitalism uses child labor and dosent help the largest group of ppl which happen to be the middle class...socialism basically takes away social classes and leads to economic equality...taxes are higher but the payoff is better, look at switzerland...

wats wrong with walmart?....... u know it may be a messed up corpooration and a monopoly and a tacky store..... but sum of us cant afford to shop else were..... so no matter how bad we all bitch about it and how their taking advantage of people...... people arent gonna stop shopping there becus its convienient and it fits the buget of a majority of americans...... if i had the money i would shop other places... but im poor..... so kiss it!

and in the canton area we have only one cable company... their a monopoly and its messed up.... becus if u cant get dish... u have no other choice of cable companys but Time Warner Cable...... so if rates go up... u either switch to dish, or u just do nuthin... theres no other cable optoins...... and im wonderin... is every place like that? or is it just canton?

Yes both are extremes.
They have there own advantages.

Socialism has a scientific view on life, ofcourse religion becomes unexceptable, so many people will automatically say no to it. Socialism itself is more like a religion, u need to see the future and trust ur leader in order to except it.
Socialism has great advantages wen u need to rebuild a country, it gives moral support for common working man. For countries like india, this kind of regieme is perfect.

WHy should anyone be able to say, they dont accept it. If one country decided to go communist at some point, they should well be aloud to do so. The same thing for socialists, they have to accept other countries policies too.

I dont think any developed country should start adopting socialism, there will simply be too many rich people that wont like it, and thats the type of people that can make war decisions.

Capitalism should rather be restricted, from growing into imperialism (were the country has so much power that they can invade, do, waatever they want)


There are ofcourse anarcho-socialists, but they will never stand a chance to opressing nations.
