Therologists have said (I think it was Einstien mainly) that if you could reach a certain speed on the planet, meaning the speed of light... you could travel in time, no one knows where you would end up as its impossible to determine, but my thoughts would be the past as the future is unwrittern.
Time travel is possible but i doubt it will be made in our lifetime or even advance to be able to go into the future if ever technologies were to advance on that scale to be able to create a machine that would take you to a different time era.

Also, do people know when they look up into the sky at night, they are actully looking into the past?

yea.. another point scientists elaborate on is da fact that if time travellin is possible .. why hasnt some one from da future ever showed up

and theres a theory on parallel universes which im not quite sure about ...

In fact the first technicall time traveler was a russian Astronaut (forgot his name) who spent the most time in space, as the person was constantly travelling faster earning a fraction of second into the future. Fact, just the scale is too low.

But to this point we know its possible only in one direction > the future, Einsteins "greaterthanlightspeed" effect is yet to be tested. As we cannot accelerate to the speed of light... we are forced to think of a few alternatives like "the string theory", or the space wormhole effect, which greatly amplifies gravity, deflecting time itself in proportion. From what i know, people who studied the possibility of time travel consider that at even the fully developed prject capacity the machine would not logically be able to go back in time to before the time machine was created.


It might seem useless to develope this feild of work, but it can produce other usefull tech gadgetry like teleportation, improvement of communication speeds etc.

yeah i did not read all of that but i think its true. In science class i think we once learned that if u go out in space near the black whole or somethin like that, you can watch the earth age and die.... or somethin like that i dont know. Its actually pretty freaky and scary tho thinkin about it, but i think its possible. But it gives me an eeeerie

Maybe the world doesn't last long enough or we have to start all over again because of an ice age or something like that.

Time Travel will definantly be possible in the future. The rate at which technology is evolving is insane right now.

It just wont be legal. People will probably be killed if they even attempt to travel back into this time period. If they even try, they will instantly be 'turned off'. Too much is going good right now in the world right now.

I know this movie...

Its about control and conspiracy, people in this world would not just simply merge as one union as most if not all country's would lose face, take the U.K for instance, we are part of the European union but not conforming to what they want, because if we do then we lose face as a superpower through currency.

Asia and the far east: Do you ever watch the news? Have you ever seen how the north Koreans parade around the streets with their scud launcher's and weapons of mass destruction? This meaning... if you try and invade, take over, destroy or make us join a union then we will destroy you all with us.
Like Americans fought for freedom just over a hundred years ago, the fart east is doing the same now and will continue even if they have to blow up the world plus them selfs to keep their honer as they call it.
I also doubt China would bow down to anyone else but their own race.
So yes, i would bet on that part with you.

I do understand your logic on time travel to do with not traveling back to this time era as it could damage time and echo into the future.

Tis a good film really, quite a lot i knew.. then their is shit loads you don't.

In all seriousness of time travel, i don't think it would be possible to turn back or forward the hands of time unless you could do stupendous speeds well faster than light, at that point you would probably die of the force straining your heart at the time of the travel you would be making.

Just a theory thats in mind though.
