I've actually changed my mind now

Now I think that in some cases there should be allowed to kill the "criminal",

I am completely against it!, even if someone deserves it.
It's better if they just torture the person who did they crime, to make him feel how the victims(or families of the victims) feel/felt.

tortures generate more costs.

Yeah, it's true. Woulda been bad for countries with bad economy.

I don't believe in it. (Even though i'd like it sometimes)

Mostly for religious reasons and at some point if we just kill them we aren't any better than they are.
