It's not picking on someone who's weaker if they instigate shit, yet another excuse people use to cover their mistakes. It's biologically wrong because in most cases (excluding scrawny dudes and manly girls), men are larger (therefore stronger) than women. And that doesn't even have to apply to gender. If I see a big ass muscled out meathead beating on some scrawny dude, I'ma feel bad for the small guy and immediately think the meathead is in the wrong. If I see a grown ass man fighting some 7 year old who's half his size, again, I'ma be concerned for the little boy, not the man.
