I think you are right in that spending $5000 a night is a bit excessive, but if you are a businessman who earns a high six figure income, or even 7 figures, and you are traveling the world on business and simply don't have time to pick up a woman in a bar... I really don't see an issue with that, nor do I think either of them should be judged.
