Simple reason...
It takes a community to get them selfs out of the shit heap they put them selfs in, why donate to fix "the ghetto" up, when its gangs and mobs are just going to destroy it all again.

I say this because where i am from, it has already been tried... an it failed.
The people need to sort it out for them selves even if money would be donated, "the ghetto" needs socially fixing up first.

Yeah i dont know y the government does not donate money to areas like that, its ridiculous. Its even mostly their fault that they exist. They shud clean up their own messes. But if they aint doin it then somebody got to.
