well here you don't say "acting black" but "acting gangster" cause of the gangsta-rap that was very popular the last years and infected so much young kids and pushed a social class into thinking: acting this way is fuckin' dope.
so it really just is the environment and the people you associate with a special behavior that leads to such terms and their fullfilment. because I don't know any black people in real life and the few I've seen seemed well educated, I would never say "acting black" or try to do so. it wouldn't make sense to me, and I was raised to not think in race-categories

honestly... I hate all of them, black, whites, oriental, arab, latins who wear baggy jeans and speak like shit. I dont know, makes the hip hop look like a bunch of un-educated wanna be gangsters.
If you where born in a poor comunity that has always been like that, its ok. I wont even speak about them. but people who immitate this guys to try to look gangsta, or try to look "fly" or whatever, its dumb as fuck. Thats why I have respect for artists who dont go with the whole hip hop cliche and are actually tryng to make it... I dunno... sorta more respected to say it that way.
even if they started that way, artists who arent anymore like Diddy, Jay-Z, Kanye (even if he has a fucked up way to dress up, but you get the point)...
its all a matter of taste I guess... but I do really hate, speacially white kids who walk like idiots and dress with XXL shirts and shit... if they want to look diferent, well, go buy some fancy lookin clothes and clean up yourself. make you look more respectable.

OK so something I've noticed that I really really hate. So you know when people listen to rap, its based on color. For example, white kid listens to rap and acts the way a rapper would, poeple would say he was "acting" black. Black guy does the same thing he is normal. I just hate how people say oh he's acting black with your slang words and rap music. I'm not white but I hear this so much. I have nothing against black people and I wont go to say they all stereotype, but most of them do. Whether or not black people began the hip hop movement or not, I think every race shouldn't have to be ashamed of the music they listen to considered on color. I know plenty of white people who listen to rap but catch shit for listening to it. Is it even right to say "Acting black", based on quoting lyrics, wearing baggy pants and using slang? I mean aren't you trying to escape these stereotypes? If I say oh this white guys is wearing his pants at his knees, wearin a du-rag, speaking terrible almost not understandable english, talkin about bitches and all that, then he is trying to be black? Idk I just really hate how a race that constantly pissed off that they get "Profiled" but then they themselves go and say things like that. The "n" word debate could be a part of this but thats a whole other thing

meh it doesn't bother me.....i get it from not only ppl in my family and friends...but also from my own mom......just shows how much they actually know me....becuz tbh i'm what many would consider a very "white" person....
