ya sarah, dont be sorry.... its like TIGGI said, the more u let them get to u.... the more power they have. but the thing is the man who did it to me was my sisters boyfriend at the time, and she was with him helping wen he did wat he did.... then she married him.... and every now and then the 2 of them show up at my house.... my mom and the police know wat happened..... yet hes not in jail, and the prosicuter isnt doin nething..... i am currently goin to intencive theropy 2 times a week to try to help me deal with it

I stopped going to therapy, it didn't work, the more I talked about it, the angier and more aggressive I became. But it might have a different affect on you.
