iwas thinkin abt stop eatin fast food like mac n stuff cause i kinda eat nothin but tht n i really neva thought abt it until my doc keeped tellin be abt how tht will affect me in the futue n stuff :unsure:

The best thing i ever did in my life is: saying NO to ALL junk food for a month. I tell u wat, it seems like its a whole different world, u feel lighter, less headaches , and ur mood is always much better. Ofcourse some are gonna crave for some
chips and pepsi on the 2nd or 3rd day, but its definately useless if u give into the temptation.
