you're not right man. Russians still have bilions of $ debt. Americans gave them Cars, tanks, trucks, weapons. without this stuff, russians would never beat germans -.-

Now lets get into the discussion, Russia not only has almost no debt to speak off (Capital Economics predicts 9.5% of GDP by the end of this year), but also has well over $400bn in hard currency reserves. That's five times more than either the US or UK, making it the third-richest country in the world in terms of cash. Russia has $24 in cash to cover each dollar the government would plan to borrow if it was in trouble. When Putin came to power he cleared all debts Russia/Soviet Union owed and managed at the same time to more than half the nations poverty from 33% down to 13% and increase the middle class from 8million people to 70million. (just in case you wanted to have a jab at Putin)
Onto the Soviet Union, i know what you are saying it's called lend-lease, The first military goods on Lend Lease arrived to Murmansk only at the end 1941 when the Red Army stopped Germans near Moscow and Leningrad. The Soviet Union did not "need" Lend-Lease to win, nor was it "saved" by Lend-lease any more than Britain was(which is at least more accurate). Take a look at any objective source that details the production and industry of the Soviet Union in the years before the war. Check out how their production rose during the war. A great deal of Soviet production was moved beyond the Urals, which was all but out of reach to German bombers. The Soviet Union's biggest period of growth occurred during the depression that had crippled the Western powers. This is indisputable. I think to absolutely erroneously assert that lend Lees the "Save THE USSR from the defeat". But unconditionally, Lend Lees played enormous role in the strategic offensive operations of the Red Army 1943-45 yr. Trucks WERE a big contribution from the U.S. Not tanks which were weaker both then German and Soviet tanks already in the battlefield. The aid from the U.S that really helped the Soviets the most were a lot of logistical or otherwise not-so-military items like telephone cable, trucks, etc. USSR would win in the long run without Lend Lease.
Even if Germans would be able to take Moscow and establish a firm front on the Volga(Stalingrad) line they would not be able to harm the booming industry behind Urals. Food deliveries to USSR amounted only to 0.8% or at most 1.2 percent needed to feed the biggest country in the world. So basically Land-Lease probably saved 1-2million lives combined civilian and military deaths. Which i am grateful for but to say that the Soviets would not have defeated the Germans without it is simply a joke.
hah no worries. Im not gonna post anti-rus shit here :P im not even let's call that "anti-russia". Im just correctin what you posted last time :P heh jak sie masz

well.. to be honest, I think that without things from US Russian, even if they beat germans, they'd do that with :
a- luck <they had no weapons, etc. only huge army, without possibility to retreat "die from german's hands or from NKVD < hope so I wrote it goodly in english xD > hands.
b- they would pulp Nazi army <cause of differences in number of soldiers>
c- uhh hv u heard about Michael Wittman? yeah, differences between tank-armors etc

d- tanks T-34, were <no offence> fucked. why? there was lot of situations, when their engines weren't runnin on, or weren't just workin properly
