This is a guess, but it'll probably end up being around 330 to 200 in favor of Romney assuming Obama wins Ohio (which is 18 points) and Florida (which is 29 points), but regardless of either, he's past the 270 mark.

Cool I'm pretty sure something similar passed in CA a few years back, so maybe you are right about the national legalization of weed.

^Weed is not legal in CA, and hasn't been on the ballot in a really long time. You might be thinking of Prop 8, on gay marriage.

No I'm not, and yes it was on the ballot recently. Prop 19 would have legalized marijuana in Cali 2 years ago but it didn't pass. What happened afterwards tho was the possession of weed became a misdemeanor, and rarely will cops give you a ticket unless you have more than an Oz. Also, medical marijuana is legal in Cali, but not federally. And btw, I never said weed is legal in CA.

Well yes, medical marijuana is, but dispensaries have been shut down like crazy all over Cali in the last year or so. Might as well not be legal, people are having trouble getting it.

Like I said, it is legal statewide but federally its not. Its Obama, and by Obama I mean the national govn't, that is shutting our clubs down, not our State.
