Aliens (Extraterrestrials)

Postby PAINKILLƎR » Oct 17th, '12, 02:33

I think it's a bit naive to believe we are alone in this universe. I just want to know what do you think about aliens.

Lupe said some shit on the radio or whatever about aliens, I hope Lupe isn't bullshitting us with crazy talk but he says he had some type of encounter with "extra normal shit"

Here is the video:

I'm bored and curious please discuss

I think the chances that there is life somewhere else in the universe is so close to 100% that it might as well be 100% but I don't think that any aliens have ever visited us. All the alien shit about Roswell and the Pyramids and other stuff like that is really interesting to read about though.

agree with class thats its almost 100% they exist

however i believe deeper than him, i believe were visited frequently. not always noticed, but the amount of ufo sightings is crazy to not have some validity.

i also believe the evidence of the pyramids and ancient structures being built by a higher power incredibly likely.
when you take all of religion and make it that a species, rather than gods, and technology rather than "powers" i think the whole thing becomes more sensible

Do you think we come from aliens? Like were we "planted" (in a sense) on this planet by aliens? I'm not saying this is true, I just want to know if that's out of question or not

If one believes that Earth, out of the whole fucking universe, is the ONLY place with life(not small life like Mars, but big creatures) then they're a fucking moron. Somewhere out there, there's life bigger than us.

Hell, maybe even humanoid creatures.

Aliens, in the sense of life elsewhere in this Universe, existing is a matter of great interest of mine. I've read so many books on astrobiology and shit like this... The odds we are alone in this Universe is astronomically small (hehe, yes. Pun intended). Aliens more than likely exist.

We are ONE planet. Around ONE star. In ONE galaxy containing hundreds of BILLIONS of stars. There are more galaxies than people on this Earth and there are more stars than grains of sand on all the beaches of Earth. To think we are the only ones in this vast Universe is borderline absurd. The odds are there. We just gotta find them.

Have we been visited by aliens? I doubt it. The distances they'd have to cover to get here in the time span of written history is so small I don't see it as being plausible. It's all just fuzzy cameras, balls of dust, bright stars, satellites and/or airplanes...

That's totally fine. I find it fascinating beyond comprehension. To each his/her own. :y:
