if youve been a good guy, you get to meet Em, Yela and have the chance to pee on Rihanna.
If youve been bad youll get greeted with a big van and a sign next to it saying "get in the -->" . Inside the van sitting is Ja Rule, Canibus, Benzino and Haystack. They all say you suck and look fat while they squeeze pee out of rihanna on your chest. true story.

I want to say you either go to Heaven or Hell but my beliefs have been terribly shaken. If you look at it logically then God doesn't exist and neither does Heaven or Hell. So from a logical standpoint, simply nothing happens after you die. It would be awesome to become a ghost though.
