I used to be chubby also, not necessarily fat. I lost a lot of it though and am proud. Now at the weight I should be at. :y:

I used to not really dislike fat people whenever I was one of them but now they just disgust me. And I know that's terrible but I look at these people now and just feel sorry for them that they're like that.

Really? How come most of our great grandparents weren't obese?

Widespread obesity is a rather new invention actually, came about in the second half of the 20th century.

Is it possible for a vast genetic mutation that makes people gain a ton of weight in the course of about 50 to 100 years, or is it just our culture getting unhealthier since the 70's?
