Whats your view on human life?

I think some people don't realize how good they have it. If you have a roof over you head, regular meals, electricity, etc, you're more fortunate than probably billions of other people across the world.

I think some people overestimate having a roof over your head, regular meals and electricity. Yeah they help keep you safe but is that what really matters?

I don't really understand what you mean by that, really.

Everyone always says that. You have a roof over your head and food in your stomach, you should be grateful, but why? That doesn't mean you're happy and will have a fulfilling life. Yeah I'm glad I was born in a first world country and will have the opportunity for a good life but we're all humans and we all suffer from the same problems that all humans suffer from.

Most of us contribute nothing interesting or worthwhile to the world at all. We're all just a part of this giant circle jerk of goods and services. The sad thing about it is that I don't even have a viable alternative to present.

Unfortunately for all of us on this little road trip of disappointment and depression, it will probably either end in medicated conformity, or some sort of self-inflicted fatality.
