Milk has all three macro nutrients: Fat, Protein and Carbs. However, too much of it is not good since it is animal fat and that's the worst kind of fat.

Keep in mind that farmers have a lot of unions and lobbying groups, so dairy has been elevated to a food group and considered a dietary staple when it really isn't.

Still though, if you think the occasional glass of milk will kill you, get your head examined.

question is: why would anyone drink milk?
90% of african americans are lactose intolerant but they suffer less fractures than other groups. Weird isnt it. Not to mention that those areas where dairy products are most consumed suffer most fractures. Also it totally does make sense that humans are not supposed to drink cow's milk. It's for cows.
Not to mention the several researches which proves that milk is bad for you (funded by dairy industry) which were never published. Interesting.
Also dairy industry has all the motive in the world to get people hooked in milk.

Personal experience: i dont use milk but i have never broken a bone.

Most humans are actually lactose intolerant. As we grow older the enzyme we use to digest milk decreases in quantity in our body unless we drink dairy regularly from birth.

I don't drink milk much, I have it with cereal sometimes and I'll treat myself to icecream occasionally but that's about it.
