this seriously has to be some of the saddest stuff ive ever seen. i live in fuckin america , and we have so much damn food, and there r ppl in this situation, like we can fucking spare some. goddamn. if i had the choice or opprotunity, believe me, i would do all i can to make a change

these people were born into third world countries with corrupt leaders,so even if we send money 80% is going to feed a corrupt leader.

kinda right, but theres groups u can give money too and they can go over their to the different countries and actually take care of some of the problems. such as building hospitals, or schools, or buying food for the people. the problem is finding ppl willing to do that type of work

why should the average working class person send money?

especially when there actual leaders are sucking the fat of the land and doing nothing to help their own people,and when our own goverments are waisting billions on pointless middle eastern wars.

i would never send money, but its a nice gesture that makes some ppl feel happy about themselves

yer but look at people like Sir Bob Geldof with live aid.Bob geldof hasnt done nothing musically for years and yet his a multi-millionaire....obviously not all the money is going to where its meant.

i dont know who that is exactly, but i think i do. its not all that surprising that someone would take money when its just sittin in front of them, but i doubt he does. its not hard to save up money over the years to still have millions, and he could own some businesses and have other investments. most ppl do when they have millions

Honestly I don't want to sound heartless cuz I'm not (...or am I?) but I don't think it's anyone's responsibility to send these countries money. Like someone said before a corrupt leader won't use the money for his people so you can't be mad at America for not doing all they can to make sure all these other countries have this and that when we have thousands of homeless in our own country that people are busy not caring about. America's not the world's babysitter, seriously
