Allah is supposed to see all and know all, but what was he supposed to gain for making the child look grotesque when its the farther that wants out?

Personally it looks like a defect from the early stages of conceiving, apparently its a rare disease that only comes round once in a blue moon that stops the body from fully forming making its innards form on the outside thus forming whats know as a reptilian exterior, yes that would conclude as a reptilians exterior it part bone as well as a leather type skin.
