well,in one hand yes,because some of them are still kids and they wouldnt care about the baby,but in the other hand-NO!
They could be more careful and there will be no babys....

i would consider an abortion to be legal before the first weeks passes
at least while the embryo aint developed its brain

I say abortion should not be allowed unless it is a special circumstance.
You can't be old enough to have sex and not be aware of what may happen and how you will deal with it.

Wasn't educated? Then be sure the government enforces sex education.
Was too lazy to get protection? Made your bed, don't expect someone else to lie in it.
Condom split? Should have considered wether the girl you got pregant was wife potential.

I think if they allow the relatives of a person who is in an "uncurable" coma to choose if the the Doc shouldpull the plug then abortion could as well be permitted ... it should be up to the mother
