life after death / ghost / aliens / what is out there...?

i believe in ghosts, i grew up in a haunted house and heard voices often and seen an object appear outside my window and tap on the glass... also i have a couple friends who tell me their haunted stories about their houses so i definitely think ghosts exist.

I think what you're trying to say is you don't feel anything at all when you die. It's really unexplainable because your mind simply doesn't exist anymore. Or at least I think thats the approach you're taking.

These are my beliefs too. I was never a religious person so obviously I don't believe in heaven or hell. But of course, anything is possible, so I'm not quick to shoot down anything. In fact part of me really hopes a heaven does exist, though my logic tells me otherwise.
Well, there really is no way to find out, so its best not to lose sleep over it. If there is an afterlife, then you will find out the answer when you die. If there isn't, you won't even have the ability to care so it's not a big deal.

Not really. And I'm glad, because that would fucking haunt me for the rest of my life lol.
I've seen a lot of videos on TV and online though. Theres a lot of evidence that suggests the existence of ghosts, but it's not solid proof, so I don't know what to believe. I don't shoot down the idea though. As I've said, anything is possible. There really isn't an argument against that.
I'm gonna watch some ghost videos on youtube now. This sparked my interest again lol.

The story you told about that room - I guess no one really knows why people 'see'. Some see the light in the tunnel, others hear music - I think it might be our brain, trying to.. I don't really know how to say it, let's say wake you up and survive. I read about the power of subconsciousness, it's amazing. So this might be our subconsciousness trying to find a way to drag you out of the temporal coma, because deep inside no one wants to die. And it's deep down there, in the third part of our self [so called 'id'], described by Freud. Well.. he came to a conclusion that we're going to die anyway, but yeah.. It's complicated and I'm still trying to figure it out rofl but basically.. We want to live, so our self is trying to survive.

The ghost stories? I never experienced any of those, but my mate told me crazy stories. She was calling out the ghosts with her friends on a camp, and at first they called Tupac, but nothing happened lol so they went on to Hitler and then some sick shit started to happening. At first they heard a rustle, then saw 2 luminescent points on the door and then they formed in a shape of a wolf [iono, maybe some connection with Wolfsschanze] and then they saw a pale figure that disappeared after few seconds.

Don't know if it's true or not, or maybe it was a kind of a massive hysteria, caused by doing something 'illegal', but definitely made me not want to participate if any of these events.

Well I haven't had any of these experiences but about the idea of life after death, it's the same as some of you said before. I think that when you die you become nothing, no soul, no blackness, just nothing. You are just not there anymore. But even though this is what I believe, I hope that I am wrong and that when you die there's is something great after that like heaven. If heaven was real then I'd just love that, I can't believe in it but I wish it'll be like that. That's why I find death being such a sad and horrible thing, no the idea of just dying but the idea that you'll go nowhere and that eventually you'll be forgotten. So I hope that there is something after death even though my beliefs contradict this.

that camp story sounds freaky deffo wouldnt wanna experience something like that.
i remember me and my stepbrother staying up really late once at my dads house, and he swore he could hear crying, the lights flickered a bit, but i rubbished his fear that there was a spirit present.. then from the kitchen there was deffo a crash, and the sound of water running, but wen we went to look, the taps were off. really confusing and really freaky.

I know. I'm not a freak, but I swear I'd NEVER do something like that. Maybe because all these ghosts stories scare the shit out of me, just like the stories about revelations or stigmata -__- jeez, for real - this is some scary shit.
