So what do y'all think of dreams and whether they mean anything ?

I dunno i think they're amazing. But i don't know whether they mean anything. I hope not cuz the other day i had a dream that dr dre died

dreams dreams dreams what have I had for dreams

my recent dream was of me & Filth-E rocking a stage & leaving a crowd speechless
I also had a dream about snorting pills, toking blunts & falling in love with an alien girl
when I was younger I had a dream a lobster held my mom hostage
then I also had one where Jason Voorhees took over my school & killed everyone it was bad ass
but then i'v had my fair share of "death dreams" where I would get stabbed/shot & wake up

no matter how many dreams i'v had I do believe they mean something i need a dream book lol
sad thing is that dreams are cooler & way funner than real life

A dream is just an an interaction between the unconscious and the conscious, where the latter gets dominated by the first.

It also may help the brain strengthen the linking and consolidation of semantic memories (memory for meanings and general -impersonal- facts). Because during REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement), the flow of information between the hippocampus and neocortex is is lower than normal.

Increasing levels of the stress hormone Cortisol during the time you sleep can cause this decreased communication.

Which gives more space for the semantic memories, resulting in 'figuring' certain things out while you dream.

alien - dreaming of meeting an alien denotes important changes are coming to your way.

lobster - dreaming of a lobster signifies approaching difficulties, but of annoying nature, rather than limiting nature.

shot - see guns ..

guns - forecasts injustice to you, or someone close to you.

that is actually a very common dream. it's called 'tripping' lol. happens to almost everyone, and doesn't really mean anything. the dream book said that tripping, AND the following

falling
being helplessly drawn into the face of danger
being naked
flying
being unable to cry out for help

are to be ignored. they mean nothing. i hope that helps

Dreams.

I was in a city for a business thing. I had nowhere to stay. I slept on the sidewalk with a suitcase and my ipod and headphones. A "friend" who i knew since preschool who used to care about me and liked me, who started lying through his teeth so I decided to fuck him off, walked by and I decided to walk along him and talk. I left my suitcase, ipod+headphones on the side of the street in the middle of the city at night. We randomly walked into a restaurant and continued having a conversation that I don't remember. We stepped onto a table that a couple was eating at and they didn't care.
So like, we ended up in a store, food co op or something. I realized I left my suit case and ipod on the street. My suit case had very important papers and stuff. I told him something, but forgot. I ran back. to see my suit case and ipod was no longer on the sidewalk that magically turned into the floor of the food co op. scared and paranoid that important stuff that I will never be able to replace was gone, i ran down the store to talk to someone who works there, who was a school principal sitting at a table selling food samples or something.

I was yelling "check the security cameras'' and woke up.


what does that mean?
