Bacisally This fellow went to prison at the age of 19, 12 years ago, and it now comes to light, via DNA evidence that he was not guilty.

He is already getting $500,000, a year for the next 10 years, so the $36 million would be in addition to that.

Wasn't there a black man in prison for like..30 years for being wrongly accused for murder and was only given a one million dollar compensation?

Anyways, this guy totally deserves it. If it were me though, I'd probably end up back in jail, but this time FOR committing the murder...on the bastards who sent me there wrongly the first time.

He lost the best years form his life (19-31) because a couple of idiots had to put someone in jail for one murder.
He definitely deserves the money. At least he can life the rest of his life, the way HE likes.
