Why sometimes I can not access Tr shady?

This has happened with me and gvdz the other day he told me on msn that has hours that he does not get in here, the same happens to me, around 20:00 in Brazil, someone can tell me what can be?

Yep happens to me to sometimes
and the RSS feeds are also not working (the moderators are too fucking lazy to change a apostrophe With a Single quote!)
