Not just freestylin but actual written.....with his freestyle ability he could possibly have some hard shit if he sat down and thought it through on top of it all.

The only song I've ever heard by him was a song with Wordsworth on Tone Spliff's album. His verse was basically the same as his freestyles, maybe worse. He doesn't really have the gift to sit down and write, you're right.

In some ways, being able to freestyle paticularly well is a disguised curse.
In my mind its similar to being an angel that has wings but can't fly. It's like those who can really spit straight fire, when they attempt to write for real their mind is still in that same zone. But the few that can unlock the key to both mindstates are the ones to be truely treasured for their gift.
It's one think to have a swimsuit, but it's another to be able to swim. And the lucky ones who have both are truely talented.
