Because Jay-Z is the more important MC in this project while Kanye is the more important behind the boards.

Why can't you just make a new Jay-Z & Kanye West or Kanye West & Jay-Z folder and just put it in there? Or are you just wondering who's name should be in front?

I have a "Dumbfoundead & Wax" folder for Clockwise, and "Dumbfoundead & DJ Zo" for Cut+Paste. Create a folder and use the name in the mp3 tags. If they're not tagged then just put in alphabetic order.
