want equal pay they have to do equal work. They want equal if not more benefits but when a difficult job comes along they push it onto men. It goes both ways bitches. Go onto the frontlines in Afghanistan or do hard labor in the sun for 12 hours and see if you can hold your own. Or shit...just change a tire or shovel snow. I don't think you understand the equal pay argument.

When a man and a woman both work for the same company, doing the same job (whatever that job is) and have the same degree and same level of experience, the man and the woman should be paid the same amount. The man shouldn't get paid more, because the woman is just as qualified as he is.

You're comparing totally different things, saying that women who work in an office are asking for more than a man working all day in the sun would get. That's not the issue. Plus, no man has to do that. No one forces anyone to do any job.

Saying a woman can't hold her own in the frontlines of a war is completely ignorant. There are so many women soldiers who risk their lives every single day just like men. Women fought for the right to fight for this country, so don't say that we don't want to work equally or contribute just as much as men.

Women earn degrees, work hard at jobs, and deserve the same level of respect as a man who does the same thing. No male should be put down just because he's a male, and no woman should just because she's a female. Respect and equality are important, no matter your gender, race, religion, etc.

Females and males can both be intelligent or dumb. Both can work hard or slack off. It's not a matter of gender and it shouldn't be treated as one. It should be a matter of the individual doing the job.
