Applying that one as the banner would mean a change in the layout. Which this forum needs.

On a side note, I think that we need a background image for the site. It should be static and not repeated through out so that only the front part of the layout moves. We can find an existing picture or maybe those that provided the upcoming banner should make one that will match it.
