Chet, what is 16-6? 10. Good, that's established.
Now, how many days are in a week? (This one's rather difficult)...
I'll give you a hint: *pssst* it's after 6 and before 8. (seven)
Okay, so we've established two things, thus far:
1) 16-6 is 10. (this will be used later in the lesson)
2) there are seven (7) days in a week.
Do you follow? Good. End lesson 1. Please turn the tape over to side 'B'
My initial post determining any sort of time stated that I would have the finished product out within 2 weeks (This is where the hard part starts; tighten your helmet).
In lesson 1 we established that 16-6 = 10. We also established that there are 7 days in a week. These are two very important details. "Why?" you ask? Well, allow me to explain:
I said on the 6th of July that I would have the finished product out in two weeks (we've established that 1 week is 7 days; meaning 2 weeks would be 7*2 [14]). With an understanding of that equation, we fully understand that I would have a 14 day leeway period in which time I would produce the material. Now we go back to the first problem: Today is the 16th of July. I stated on the 6th of July that I would create the music within 2 weeks (we've established that 2 weeks is, indeed, 14 days) We also established that 16-6 (the amount of days that have passed between when I made the claim and today) is 10.
If I'm not mistaken, and I'm almost 100% certain that I am not, 14 is greater than 10 (also known as 14 > 10).
If we subtract 10 from 14, we arrive at the number 4. Meaning I've still got 4 days to produce said material. Unless your 30th birthday is between now and July 20th, I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about.
With that said, though, the song will be recorded next weekend and out within 5 days. This is due to the fact I've had to work. Work sucks, it gets in the way of things. Bite me.

Jesus.
