give me a screenie of when you open up psp and i'll show you visually :flower:

and you can upload it on photobucket.....when you click save as go to the drop down menu and choose .png, .gif, or .jpg then click save and it'll work

i'm guessing you want to remove the blue bg?
go to the rectangle with a dotted border (it's on the left side)
then click the arrow and click magic wand
look toward the top where it says tolorence and just pic a random number (preferably something under 50 since it's a small pic)
then just click on the background and press delete

sometimes you'll have to undo it cause it'll remove more than just the bg so if that happens make the tolorence lower :flower:

also make sure the feather is 0

ok don't make me explain anymore i hate sounding smart it's too much work.....i prefer sounding dumb :laughing:
