i been doin 100-200 sit ups a day, an 60-95 push ups, but my friend says dont go to hell wit it cause ill only end up wit pains an shit
sooo....whats a good ammount of sit ups to do a day?? an there anything else i should do to?





ill give that 45' degree sit ups a try, an maybe a few aerobic shit if i get anytime
