i do like 200 pushups each day, reps of 20, then go down to 15 then to 10.

Im doing 30 push ups, 30 sit ups, and running for 30 minutes per day. Disregard what i stated in the first post. And you really expect me to do 20 reps, when i can barely do a proper pushup?

then learn to do a proper push up first then, cause doing 100 wrong push ups is useless.

make sure you master doing push ups right, then start working out.

Yeah im trying to. I'm guessing if i build up arm muscle, push ups will be easier. Guess i gotta pick up my dumbells instead of the 30 non proper push ups.

http://www.sixpacknow.com/brad_pitt_abs_workout.html

I'm also pretty thin (an "ectomorph"), but my new year's resolution was to start gaining some muscle. And I know celeb diets and workouts have a bad rep of not working for other people, but I use that as a guideline for working out (the diet seems too crazy for me, I doubt I could eat that much). So far, it's made me feel great about my body. It's only been a week since I've started, but I can feel my muscles constantly burning in a good way.

Drink protein shakes. I drank a protein shake an hour before I hit the gym on Thursday, pushed my body to the limit and felt my muscles burn like crazy. Then while taking a break, I had another shake and I swear to god, minutes later after it digested, I felt as if I could do everything I did at the gym all over (even though I didn't since I had plans and didn't want to wear myself out for the day).

Depending on your weight and metabolism, you should just use your best judgment on how much work you should put into it. Hard boiled eggs have a lot of protein in them and they're also easy to make. Steaks and other meats, even beef jerky. I hear peanut butter is great too. You also want to be sure to eat healthy too, so don't concentrate THAT much on protein foods. And if you're gonna go crazy with the protein stuff, make sure you drink A LOT of water, because too much protein can lead to kidney stones in the long run.

My motto as of the 1st is to do another full set or even half a set just when I think I'm done and can't do any more. A lot of those things you can do at home with free weights if you have, but going to an actual gym would probably be better since you might lose motivation just doing things at home. Also, try to bike everywhere you go. It'll help develop the legs a bit. If you can't, see if you can jump on a bike machine at the gym or something.

Good luck and stay motivated! Remember to mentally yell at yourself to get into gear when you start to slip, lol.

Do 60 situps in one minute. Do 20 pushups after that.

Repeat this three times. Well, that's what I do and suggest cuz it works.

WEAKLING. My work out regime goes like this....
Running along the pyramids in Egypt, especially the Pyramids of Giza about like 30 times(for leg strength)
then go to the amazon rain forest and swing on the vines for 2 hours (upper body strength)
Dive into the depths of the arctic sea and race polar bears and penguins (great for endurance)
and finally, run across the mighty desert of Sierra and start to box cactus. (knuckle toughener and endurance)

ROFLMAO

It's the complete package for ultimate fitness.
LMFAO@ Brittney, bitch looking worse than a chupacabra mixed with a broken down coyote. You're disgusting ugly, so ugly in fact, my brain simultaneously exploded while processing how bitterly grotesque you look. I would much rather stick ice picks into the walls of my cranium, then stick my dick into your quagmire of a clitoris. You're what would happen if a sperm whale mated with a Godzilla fish..

you should look for a gym in your local area, it has every tool you need to pump those muscles up and if you need assistance the trainers at the gym are more than likely to help
