yes almost every single school has things like this, but only because of fraternity's parties and sorority's. Don't expect to go in a dorm and be partying all the time.

I go to Kansas State University, and yes, it is a lot like what you see in movies.

We usually go to parties at least every weekend, and there is always alcohol readily available. Girls aren't usually as slutty as in the movies unless they get some alcohol in them, but freshmen girls are easy. Frat guys the biggest douches on earth.
