Ok so whenever I start putting on the pounds what I normally do is change how I'm eating. Start eating lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish (always baked or grilled, never fried) and if you eat any fatty meats get the leanest, most natural brand you can find (it's more expensive, but it's worth it).
Get bananas, apples, oranges, and grapes to snack on. They're sweet fruits and taste good. And oranges and grapes are so heavily made of water it takes more calories to digest them than they actually provide, so it's almost like not snacking at all.
Eat a small meal every 3 hours starting at lets say 9 AM. That way you can get about 4 meals in. I'd suggest at least one of these meals be a completely vegetable salad with a lot of dark, leafy, greens, and very light dressing.
Drink at LEAST 8 8oz glasses of water every day, I'd suggest something closer to 10-12 a day though if you want results faster. It really just cleans out all the shit in your body, and helps your blood flow more smoothly. Boosts your red blood cells. It's just overall the best shit you could possibly drink.
Lift weights. About 10-20lbs lower than your max and do high reps. That way you burn more energy and tear up more muscle so that you burn more calories (specifically fat calories) on a day to day basis. Also when you lift your body goes into overdrive for about 48 hours trying to repair all that shredded muscle so you'll be burning calories at an elevated level and you'll really benefit. Make sure to work the fuck out of the areas you're experiencing trouble losing body fat in.
If none of that works then you could try a 4 week session on hydroxycut or some other weight cutting aid. Definitely don't STAY on it because it fucks with your heart with prolonged use, but yeah it'll definitely get that body fat outta there if everything else isn't enough. And remember you need to do everything you can to lose weight WHILE you're on hydroxycut or else you won't see any results.
And if THAT doesn't work then just take the easy route and smoke crack. You'll definitely see some weight loss then. And you'll be running from the cops a lot more than likely.
