i'm guessing it's pretty much just how a play script is written out.

like..

(man walks into room)
man 1 speaks...blahblah
man 2 speaks...blahblah

i'm sure it's pretty simple, just make sure you have actions etc in there.

First of all you should download Celtx (Free download at http://www.celtx.com ) This is the best free program to use, and it’s really simple.

Then you should learn the most common terms used in movies like:

INT. and EXT.
These are scene headlines, INT. means inside and EXT. means outside. and you must always write whether its day or night in the scene.

Example: INT. Hospital - Day & EXT. Playground - Night

V.O - (Voice Over)

P.O.V - (Point Of view)

CONT`D - (Continued)

See examples of how they are used in the LOTR script:
http://www.imsdb.com/scripts/Lord-of-th ... ,-The.html

Other than that there isn’t much I can teach you by writing it to you, you`ll learn as you experiment with the program and I would recommend you watch some videos about script writing on YouTube, there are a lot of helpful ones. And if you simply Google "How to write a good script" you will find many useful guides on how to do it. But like I said you learn and pick up little tricks as you go. You’re not going to be great at it tomorrow. Just write all that you can, your first pieces are going to suck anyways if you let a "pro" read it. So don’t give up if you can’t do it at first, and most importantly, don’t be afraid to show your work to other people, tips and opinions are always good.

Good luck ;)

aha this brings back memories.. i had to do one for English class

the best way is to try and find an original script for a tv show or movie & follow the layout
theres too much shit involved for me to write out sooo its easier that way..
