They would stab them then raise there spears high in the air before launching off cliff tops as a torture method - Wayne does the same with wack rappers.

hence "Ill come (calm) down in a couple of days" - he's saying the bodies come down in a few days becasue they are thrown so far but also he'll calm down his anger at these opponents.

"Okay, you want me up in this cage" - In ancient Africa that was the punishment for murder, being caged "Beast mode" relates to how they were described - people call murderers "beasts"
