I posted some Hopsin songs on a french Eminem forum. The results were really horrific. A lot liked, but some guys really just scared me.

They basically said that Carter 3 > Hopsin and said that Wayne is far ahead hopsin, they said that Hopsin just place words that are similar just to rhyme without saying shit.

And the worst piece is.. They defended wayne with the song "Shoot Me Down" and when i read the lyrics i was litteraly shocked. I highlighted the rhymes just to proove my point.



And they argued by and said that Wayne's punchlines are better than Hopsin's rhyming and that rhyming isn't all. Yes, I agree but .. Look at Wayne's ryhme. It's EMBARASSSING for a famous rapper to rhyme like that. They said that Hop will never write something like Shoot Me Down.....

So i'm just disgusted of French forums and I will now stay here forever.

And you're absolutely right. They feel like they can judge a hip hop piece written in english better than those who actually speaks english do. I don't know, i gave up that debate because debating with a horse-shit poster isn't what i'm looking for.

The debate was about who is the best lyrically. I think it's kinda important to have rhymes if you want to be lyrical. Sure there are a lot of other things that are needed like content and shit, but rhyming is def. Important.
