My bf had one kidney stone time ago....and yeah I still mock him for that, is like a grandpa disease, but is not that weird I think.

My father has kidney stones every now and then, so he has to be operated...but these operations are very fast and simple I think, so no worries.

My father has gallstones too, not kidney, I type wrong, so you both probably has the same kind of operation. How many days you have to be in hospital?
