I'd say Dr. Dre has to be black but I can't make that argument without sounding like a racist
cuz stereotypes run rampant in hip hop... Dr. Dre is human and a bad ass beatmaker at that

he's not a beat maker. All he does is add drums to premade or preplayed samples.
thats all there's to it to make beats.. so yes, he is a beatmaker
