Well,2 most important things are exercise and WATER.
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
And walk/run as much as you daily can.
You don't have to completely remove your favorite foods from the diet,just cut down.
And try to avoid fizzy drinks and sugar.

@OP

The easyiest way to start is to DRINK MORE at dinner when you feel hungry. I always find that if you drink a lot of water during a meal it fills you up, but it also doesnt add weight like other foods. It might help by forcing your body to cut back on foods.

I lost 20 kgs (about 40 lbs) 2-3 years ago.

Main thing is, don't starve yourself, that slows down your metabolism and causes your body to store more fat. And don't over-exercise, rest at least 2 days a week.

And as the others said, drink water and fuck fizzy shit.

Don't eat any chocolate or anything sweet. Eat vegetables and fruits. Remember this, you can eat cucumber as many as you want, when you get hungry eat it. it has about 13 calories or even less. or even better just drink water alot and you won't be hungry. You must drink 8+ large cups full of water every single day. :y:

And the most important thing is EXERCISING. walk or run for 30 minuts - 1 hour everyday.

Good Luck. Drink Lots of water. Not only does it help u feel full and lose weight it clears your body of toxins. And treat your self to one really bad meal a week or else you'll go crazy. I lost 27 lbs last year but i put it all back on plus more but i also grew 5 inches. so good luck :y:
