I tend to block out stuff like that by default to be honest. I hear the word "swag" my brain just instantly shuts it out I think I recall PK talking about that Tyler the Creator shit.

Checked the link anyway. All I can say is..surprisingly, not bad. I was expecting bullshit. But it aint bad. The beat's annoying as fuck but yeah. Not bad. Jesus line was funny. Most of the lyrics n shit were alright. I was expecting more Lil B type shit. It's certainly very "different", i'll give it that.

Well i'm almost 19, so really I feel pretty grown up already.

Honestly I would love to do music, but I know that probably aint ever gonna happen. So I don't know. I do often worry about what my purpose in life is, since the one thing I want to do seems out of my reach. At the moment i'm just trying to find any job at all so I can have money, but it does stay in my mind that my life may amount to nothing more than working in an office and making rap music on the sly, never recognised, and that fucking terrifies me.

Hip hop and writing dirty pony fanfiction

Not to go off-topic, but your music (to me, anyway) seems much better than typical Brit-Hip-Hop, since you obviously have a better grasp of song structure, content, rhythm and perspective. I wouldn't doubt potential underground success, and as far as I can tell, you should be able to live off of music just by doing a few shows per month, and dropping the occasional EP.

Commercial success isn't likely because the current state of Hip-Hop is pathetically limited. If this were the early 90s, it would be easy for you to stir up a storm in the industry.

You just have to dream and set your mind to it. Shoot for the moon, if you miss you're still amongst those stars.

If I was you I'd try to find a job in the music industry regardless, wether it be something in journalism or on the management side. Hell, even the event industry goes hand in hand with the music industry. That way you'll at least do something you're passionate about instead of working a 9 to 5 job in an office which will leave you braindead.
