Yeah , the cat had 5 years only, he was diagnosed with a servere heart problem like one month an a half ago. The medication only worked for a while, but he was having fluid in the lungs all time. Draining the fluid in the morning he had fluid again at night, he couldn't breath well, and he was suffocating. I went to 2 vets and they told me it would be a terrible dead.

So I had to take the hardest decission of my life, euthanasia. I was there with him and I can't forget the moment. I still feel awful. And I miss him a lot, he was a very special cat. Very caring. Watching him running out of breath the last few days was heartbreaking. He fought a lot, the vets told me at first he would live 15 days, he lived 1 month and a half, but I had to put him down at the end because he was starting to suffer so much.

so hard to put them down, but it's selfish to keep them around when they're suffering. I can't even imagine.. I really am so sooo sorry for your loss, doll
