Only if you put a Halo-related avatar, then I promise to marry you and to make it public. I love you too, little fella :b:

Well, I'm not sure why you think it sucks and I'm don't have the ability to dwelve inside your mind to find out why either so... I'll tell you why it's the best series of all time in not too many words. The plot is accessible, easy to understand yet a bit complex at the same time. Master Chief is the most badass character ever same with you, Arby. The multiplayer is the biggest and most entertaining ever. FORGE where you can create your own maps. THEATER where you can take screenshots and create your own amazing clips. I could go on for many, many paragraphs...

What would push a man far enough over the edge to make him put something material over a human life?

The Plot is decent but it's not amazing, I guess if you read the books if you gives you the backstories on the characters and shit, but who reads the books?

Master Chief is completely devoid of any personality whatsoever other than being a grunting badass, but other than that he's completely lifeless. I know the books go indepth with his backstory, but like I said I'm not reading that.

Arbiter has a decent backstory I'll give you that, but even that was cliche.

Really making maps is innovative or exclusive to Halo? All that shit you said about the multiplayer is like adding hot sauce on a molded burger that's been stale for months.

That said Half Life>

If a hobo went into GameStop and saw Halo 3 they would be pushed far enough over the edge that they would murder another dude for their Halo 3. That's just a mild example.

I do. The plot is amazing but I guess that's more subjective. It got even better with the inclusion of The Arbiter and the whole "Great Journey" issue.

Master Chief has a personality, that's being the calm, cold-hearted badass that is humanity's only hope and that spends the whole Halo 3 trying to save his "love" if you may, Cortana.

What's so cliche? The whole herecy thing?

Well... Halo is the only shooter game to have that feature plus Halo popularized/improved it a lot more. Don't get this analogy? But, you can't deny that the multiplayer is its best feature.

Did you realize that in my last question I was quoting the intro from Green And Gold?

Why do you like Halo when it's a shitty FPS series which has spawned an annoying trend in gaming? Though admittedly it's not as bad as Call of Duty for that.

Yes but I answered it nevertheless.

Do you believe Kez meant to say "for that matter" but was cut short & only managed to write "for that" before ending his post?

Yeah, I'm not going to get into a rambling about the plot though I've always found the campaign to be boring other than Halo 1's, though I liked Halo 2's only mostly cause of Arbiter's backstory but the gameplay puts me to sleep.

Like I said he's about lifeless as Gordon Freeman only he says a few lines during the series which stops him from completely being the "silent badass", and really jumping out of a spaceship and doing all that flashy shit is nice but I'm talking about character developement and he rarely goes through that.

I meant his whole fallen hero backstory, though I do like how the covenant propaganda shit is supposedly an allusion to radical Islam.

What I meany by that analogy was that you were giving me special side bonuses as to why the multi player was great not talking about the game itself.

Some people aren't really fond of the campaign. I guess, it's because it's relatively short and because of its repetitiveness at times. I love it but bleh.

See... what separates MC from the average "silent badass" is that he actually has emotions at times. He can be calm and collected, saying an awesome one-liner then he can be displaying his courage and love for Cortana when he reminding her that "he kept his promise". He can even be kind of funny at times. I agree about the character development though. He goes through it in the saving Cortana scene though... kinda.

Well... yeah lol. Didn't know about the Islam thing though.

I just wanted to throw that in since it IS Halo's best feature as an overall game.
