It's basically a forum/image board with loads and loads of sections, but the only one 90% of people know or give a shit about is /b/, the "random" board, where hundreds of idiots post repetitive threads. It used to be that going to /b/ was funny as shit and would genuinely be funny; it still has those moments, but now mostly it's full of faggots making the same threads over and over: "U LAUGH U LOSE", "post ending in __", "newfags can't triforce", "boxxy thread", "hi my name is john" etc. etc. It wouldn't be so bad but there's always one of them like every single time you refresh. Have to mash F5 a fair while to find actually decent threads.

Of course it has it's own lingo and since it's so popular everyone online uses them all the time lol. It's where pretty much all the overused Internet jokes you will have seen on this forum came from (yes, including "You Mad")
