And how's that working out for you? I'm not saying I eat organic food 24/7 but for starters, it is healthier for yourself. Your statement is just blatantly ignorant.

it doesnt work out for anything,if the meat is cooked, the germs are out or whatever, same with chicken and pork, aint pork cooked and processed?

im saying i dont give a shit about THE damn cow/chicken,they are here for us to consume them, its the damn circle of life, all natural.

so you saying, the butcher should wait till his cow has lived a good life before he cuts her neck off and sells it

get her a damn TV then, how abt a lil xbox for her to chill, you know live the good life?

i dont care where the cow came from or whatever as long as the shit tastes good,im good.

i cant be fucked to go to an organic market (which are rare here in lebanon, real rare) so i can buy meat/chicken or whatever,id rather spend the extra money on a new J son

There is nothing natural about huge meat factory's where animals get slaughtered/tortured on a daily basis. Where they can't even move properly because they are packed with hundreds at a time. Us humans are not alone on this planet, sure it is all natural to have a food chain and obviously we are on top, but that doesn't mean we should treat animals the way we do just because we can.

instead of preaching, can u come up with a way to feed 6 billion people who need meat and chicken without having to treat the animals like we do now?

I'm not white knighting anything, I'm just sharing my thoughts on the subject. I'm not even saying people should eat organic food all the time I'm just saying people should at least think more about what they eat. That goes for everything, from the poisonous soda's that you drink to the trans fat that you eat in almost everything. How can you just stuff everything in without even thinking about what you're eating? It amazes me.

As for the cows and other animals, we should respect them more. They feed us, why not give them some what of a normal life?

I can't say for sure obviously but I'm pretty positive there are solutions. More organic food, more meat replacing food (which can taste the same) and a change of diet. The mass meat factories where I was talking about aren't even here to feed us, they are here to make a profit. They make meat for cheap since they don't care about the animals or about the quality of the meat at all. Without those factories we would make it just fine. It's not like these factories are spawned by the gouvernement to feed us because we wouldn't have enough otherwise. The food industry is also a business, that only cares about money.

I think is easy to understand what Slimm is trying to say...

In my case I only eat chicken and fish, I eat organic chicken ,I don't say that everybody have to eat organic, but people should be more concerned about what they eat , Honestly somestimes makes me want to vomit when I see people eating a a pork chop all greasy with all greasy fried potatoes.

Here in Spain the farms are labeled with categories ,A,B,C...according how they treat animals.

So if I'm going to buy for exemple, eggs ,I will choose categorie A because I know that chickens are treated well, and of course I don't mean they have internet and a play station .but they are outdoors and well fed.
While a categorie C are chickens in small cages eaten chicken feed.
So good for the chickens and good for me.Everybody wins.See the difference?
