Franceso deserves a Vet status.

He is my friend, and I talk to him outside of TR some times. But I think he needs to be more active and contributing in other sections. He knows that I have no negative feelings against him, and whatsoever.

First she was made a Newsposter because the members recommended her, and then was made Mod because she was doing a fine job, and some VETs and Mods were recommending her.
