You probably won't have to worry about it that much. Trshady has to pay for the domain every single year. If he sees that you can be sure that he won't pay for another year. Trshady will probably be offline by the end of this year, if not even earlier :/

Nah, nothing happened between us. It's just that he never respond anymore, and it is gone and I am tired of it. I used to defend him before, but there is no point now. This is part of the reason I stepped down as Admin. I will be Admin on the new site, but mostly function as the Site Admin, the one who fix things on the forum (un)like TRshady... except that I won't disappear like him

About the name I think you should go for a name that sounds serious, and kinda official, my reason to register here was that it was the first result in google and it sounded good...
