Turn off computer. Wash teeth. Take a piss. Make sure the doors are locked. Clean guitar and put it back in the case. Pour a glass of water, put it by the bed. Check that the bedroom door is as open as it can be. Lie down. Struggle to fall asleep. Fall asleep.

I can't sleep without having a shower, I have to been clean otherwise I stay awake.
I usually make sure I'm not looking at any electronic things because my thoughts are all over the place as is and the stimulation is what i should avoid when I'm tryna sleep.
