You should switch up your routine every single time you exercise.
It's called muscle confusion. If you do the same routine every time your body will get used to it and stop responding.

And doing 100 sit ups is simply impractical. The iliopsoas are not necessary to train. I'd suggest cutting them out and doing more crunches in lieu.
And if you do the same exercises 6 days a week, simply switching the order around of when each exercise is performed will yield results after a physical peak.

about 2 hours in the gym

Tuesday
purely abs, everything i can think of

an hour

Wenesday
lowerbody, everything i can think of

about an hourish

then thursday-saturday i repeat those steps

bench about 250, probably 45 pushups in a row
